Dr David Schley is the Research Communications Manager at the MS Society.
David will present the latest breakthroughs in MS research, new treatments in trials, and show the difference that MS Society supporters are making in advancing MS science. He will also discuss what happens in the brain to cause the symptoms of MS, and what we know about the causes of MS.

As a researcher at Southampton Hospital, the Pirbright Institute and various universities David has published numerous scientific papers, and taught at universities in the UK and Sri Lanka. David is a passionate campaigner and communicator and has worked in Ghana and the UK on social issues and human rights.
