Paying For Your Support Services

As a registered charity we provide services to people living with long-term and complex health conditions at significantly subsidised rates.  A good example of this would be our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) sessions which in reality cost over £60 per session to run regardless of the number of people in the session – we ask for a Suggested Minimum Contribution of £15 from clients.

Our fundraising, applying for grant funding and general donations from the public allow us to offer our services for a Suggested Minimum Contribution.  You can see our full list of services and associated Suggested Minimum Contributions here.

We always want to support individuals to access services.  If you are in receipt of benefits and do not feel you can achieve the Suggested Minimum Contribution, we may be able to provide you with more assistance.  Please speak to a member of the Senior Management Team.

Please note we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. This is not something we want to impose, however, it is the only way we can continue to offer services at heavily subsidised rates and to ensure we can offer others access to appointments in a sustainable way.

I cannot recommend The Oxygen Works highly enough.

I have been attending oxygen therapy for over 5 years which has been pivotal in managing my MS symptoms. The team and volunteers are so friendly and welcoming and their support is second to none. Coming through the door for my session each week is like coming home ❤️
